B.Tech in Computer Science with a specialization in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics from Vellore Institute of Technology. Started from scratch in 2021 and spent the better part of four years going deep into how systems, networks, and software actually work before focusing on breaking them.
My interest is mostly on the offensive side — red teaming, post-breach scenarios, and lately malware and exploit development. I spend a fair amount of time on Hack The Box and CTFs, which is where most of the practical learning happens. Currently at Guru rank on HTB.
I tend to care more about understanding something properly than rushing to a certification, though I have a few and plan to add more now that I am out of college.
